The Foundation invites ideas for research and education programs in the form of pre-proposals, including basic information about the program, target audience, and amount requested. Pre-proposals are accepted year-round to be reviewed during a bi-annual selection process in the spring and autumn. Full proposals will be requested for projects of interest to the GHOF Scientific Board.

Once a full proposal is submitted, it will be reviewed by the GHOF Board of Directors to determine funding. To submit proposals, please contact Greg at greg@guyharveyoceanfoundation.org
