Drawing held on October 27, 2010 during the Third Annual Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation Fundraiser.  Winner need not be present to win and will be contacted via telephone at the time of the drawing if not in attendance.  Winners are responsible for all applicable State and Federal taxes and must complete and sign IRS Form W-9 at time of boat pick-up.  Winner is responsible for delivery of the boat.  The Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation is a 501 (C)(3) charitable organization.
